Day 01: Arrive at Bikaner

Arrive at Bikaner, and met by our representative at the airport or railway station, transfer and check into the hotel. Evening free for shopping Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02:. Bikaner Sightseeing.

After breakfast, visit Junagarh Fort and Lalgarh Palace, Karni Mata Temple, Museum, and The Camel Breeding Farm are also available. Stay the night at the hotel.

Junagarh Fort

Raja Rai Singh built the Junagarh fort between 1588 and 1593 AD. He was the sixth ruler in Binaker, who ruled from 1571 to 1600 AD. Karan Chand was Raja Rai Singh’s Prime Minster and supervised the construction of the fort. Construction of Junagarh fort began on the 30th th January 1589, and was completed on the 17th th Februar that year.

Lalgarh Palace

Lalgarh Palace, is an architectural masterpiece built by the then Maharaja of Bikaner. It is a grand display of richness, both in terms of the history as well as the wealth. The palace has elaborate wings with huge corridors, all adorned with paintings and other extraordinary artefacts that make the place come alive with history. The palace is a great way to explore and fall in love with history, royalty and architecture. The brilliance of this palace can in fact be experienced more personally through a stay at the heritage hotel. A part of the palace has been transformed into this luxury hotel where you would be treated like royalty yourself, in the midst of regal interiors.

Karni Mata Temple

The Karni Mata Mandir is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Bikaner. Karni Mata is the temple’s patron. The locals believe she is the incarnation Goddess Durga, the protector Mother Goddess of Hinduism. Karni Mata, a Hindu warrior-sage of the Charan caste who lived in 14th century India, was known as Karni Mata. Karni Mata, who lived a life of asceticism, was greatly respected by the community and gained many followers. 

Day 03: Drive Bikaner to Jaisalmer (350 kms and 6 hrs.)

After breakfast drive to Jaisalmer. On arrival, check in hotel. Afternoon free for own activities. (Overnight At Hotel)

Day 04: Jaisalmer Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit Fort of Jaisalmer and Gadisar Lake, Jain Temple, Patwon Ki Haveli. Sam Sand Dunes is also a great place to visit. Here you can enjoy The Camel Ride, and watch the sun set on the sand dunes. Overnight at Hotel.

Jaisalmer Fort

Sonar Quila, also known as the Jaisalmer Fort (Golden Fort), is its name. It rises out of the desert and appears to merge with the golden hues in the sand. The fort is engulfed in mystery by the setting sun, which adds an extra magic touch. Local craftsmen built the fort in the traditional style of the royals. This fort is a World Heritage Site and plays an important role in Satyajit Ray’s famous Feluda stories. It also appears in the movie Sonar Kela (The Golden Fortress).

Gadisar Lake

Gadisar Lake is a landmark of the beautiful town of Jaisalmer. This lake is a symbol of Rajasthani culture and heritage and one of the city’s most important assets. The first Maharaja of the city, Raja Rawal Jaisal built this lake to help with the water shortages. This lake is so vital to the city that many shrines and Ghats surround it.

Patwon Ki Haveli

Patwon ki Haveli is a beautiful example of Rajasthani architecture. You will find a treasure trove in the intricately carved walls, which end in delicate chajjas on yellow sandstone walls. The contrasting windows with artistic arches promise a wealth of experiences. These multi-storied buildings can best be described as artistic apartments.

Day 05: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (300 kms and 5 hrs.)

After breakfast drive to Jodhpur. On arrival, check in hotel. Later visit Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan Palace. (Overnight At Hotel)

Jaswant Thada

Jaswant Thadais an enormous marble building that stands on a hall near the fort. Jaswant Thada, a cenotaph for one of the Maharajas Jodhpur Jaswant Sing is located on a hall close to the fort. These cenotaphs, or mausoleums, are known as chhatris . Jaswant Thada is known for its extensive use of white marble and intricate carvings. Maharaja Sardar Singh built Jaswant Thada in 1899 to honor his father Jaswant Singh II. Cenotaph, also known as ‘chhatri’, is distinguished by exquisite portraits and brilliant latticework.

Umaid Bhawan Palace

One of the most well-known palaces is Umaid Bhawan Palace, which was built between 1928 and 1943. It is believed that the palace was built with large quantities of yellow sandstone, covering 26 acres of gardens. This makes it one of the most luxurious private residences in the world. This place features the art Deco design and the renaissance style. It also has 2 swimming pools, and Jiva Grande Spa.

Day 06: Jodhpur drop

After breakfast at hotel, departure transfer to airport or railway station for further destination.
